Soon to be Hubby proposed to me during a weekend trip to Skytop in the Poconos Mountains.
Friday Night - Late arrival due to my being in Family Court pratically all day. Soon to be Hubby had planned to propose at night - but with a 10PM arrival, we were both pretty tired. Heck - I was still in my suit from court.
Enjoying my ring at lunch - he proposed about fourty minutes before this photo.
Me by one of the waterfalls on the Skytop Property. There were so beautiful.

Just had to share some photos of my family. I spent Labor Day weekend with them in High Point, North Carolina. My mom and my sister's family both live there.
On September 8, 2006, I had the pleasure of attending a National Anthem Project Event - where Mrs. New Castle County DE America (also known as my good friend Angela Burns) was the celebrity guest awarding medals to all who sang the National Anthem.

Miss US of America - Couto Pageants - August 2006

Susan Huntley and I had a great time at Miss US of America during August 2006. To give you a little background:
Susan Rehr and I entered this pageant during August 2005. We each won our division titles (Susan became Ms. US of America and I became Miss US of America).
Susan then went on to become Mrs. Susan Huntley. Soon after her wedding, I learned that I passed the Delaware and New Jersey bar exams - so I am now a lawyer!
During May of 2006, Susan became Mrs. New Jersey United States and placed 6th overall at the national Mrs. United States Pageant. She also won the Civic Award and 1st Runner-Up in Costume.
Needless to say, it has been an incredible year!
Enjoy some of the photos!
